I love the Pax method of diplomacy.  Shoot it until it stops moving then shoot it some more just to be sure.  And if anyone complains shoot them.

I think the general consensus is that FA is the place to be because it's great and you meet good people, except when you don't, in which case you'll need to either take a shower, log off of Non Grata's forums, or both.
