The Treaty of the Arctic
MADP Between the New Polar Order and the Siberian Tiger Alliance


In reverence to the prospering and magnanimous relationship that has developed between the New Polar Order and the Siberian Tiger Alliance, we the undersigned hereby assent to all Provisions set forth in this accord, and do declare that our word shall be our bond. Henceforth the aforementioned entities shall be allies through all, aiding each other like good comrades to the utmost of their strength.

Provision I: Sovereignty

The Treaty of the Arctic shall in no way infringe upon the sovereignty of either the Order or Siberia and shall serve only to embody the mutual respect, trust, and friendship between these alliances. Hence, the member-states and governing bodies of the respective entities shall be subject only to the laws and restrictions of their own alliances, in addition to the following Provisions of this treaty.

Provision II: Non-aggression

The bond recognised by this treaty shall preclude the signatory alliances from engaging in combat with one another unto perpetuity and for five full days (one hundred twenty hours) following any cancellation under Provision VI of the accord. Any minor breach of this Provision shall be dealt with privately and cordially between the leadership of the signatories to this agreement. Organised breach of this Provision by means of open warfare is grounds for the immediate dissolution of the Treaty of the Arctic.

Provision III: Intelligence and Covert Hostility

In the event that either signatory should discover any information pertinent to the security, stability, or sovereignty of the opposite signatory of this treaty they are obligated to inform the jeopardized party post-haste. Furthermore, in signing this pact the undersigned agree to refrain and protect one another from any attempt at covert hostility including but not limited to espionage, coordinated rogue attacks, undermining of reputation, compromising of alliance headquarters, and conspiracy by foreign alliances or entities. A breach of this Provision by means of attempting any covert hostility operation on a partner signatory to this agreement shall be grounds for immediate termination and considered an outright act of war.

Provision IV: Defensive War

Recognising the great friendship between the New Polar Order and the Siberian Tiger Alliance, this Provision hereby dictates that under any circumstances if either of the undersigned finds itself attacked by a foreign power, the opposite signatory to this agreement is required to come in full force to the side of their ally, without exception. The attacked signatory of this agreement maintains the right to waive assistance. Should the party required by this treaty to defend their ally not respond within 24-hours the abandoned ally may cancel this agreement immediately.

Provision V: Offensive War

In the event that either the Order or Siberia find it necessary to engage a foreign power in open warfare, the opposite party is required to assist militarily, financially, and/or politically should the attacking party request such. Failure to comply with such a request by either signatory shall constitute a breach of this Provision and be considered a cancellation of this treaty under Provision VI.

Provision VI: Termination

This treaty may be terminated by either signatory at any time. Except in circumstances outlined in Provision II, Provision III, and Provision IV, this treaty shall remain in effect for a full five days (one hundred twenty hours) following notification of cancellation. Notification is advised to be given privately to the opposite signatory's government.

Provision VII: Amendment and Ratification

Should the signatories at any time come to the consensus that it is in their best interests to modify any provisions of this accord, this may be done with a simple agreement between the undersigned. Henceforth this treaty is ratified by both the New Polar Order and the Siberian Tiger Alliance and entered into law unto perpetuity, as evidenced by the signatures below:

The undersigned representatives of the Nations of Ascended Honor (NOAH) and the New Polar Order (NpO) agree that in all circumstances, unless any conditions outlined in Article 4 come into effect, that NOAH and the NpO will enter into the following pact as outlined in the articles below.

Article 1

1.1 The NpO and NOAH will show respect and good will towards the member nations of each respective alliance.

1.2 This will prohibit flaming, and flame baiting on the CN forums but will not restrict healthy debate or productive disagreement.

1.3 Alliance leaders will be expected to alert the other organization party to this agreement should this article ever be infringed upon.

Article 2

2.1 The NpO and NOAH will not conduct espionage or aid in espionage against the opposite organization party to this agreement.

2.2 Alliance leaders and representatives will be expected to alert the organization opposite to this agreement should espionage on either party be detected.

2.3 If either alliance declares war on an ally of the NpO or NOAH, this pact can be dissolved if a peaceful settlement cannot be reached.

Article 3

3.1 The NpO commits itself to the defence of the NOAH through direct military action as well as though not limited to financial and political means.

3.2 The NpO will send a representative to NOAH to help advise NOAH on any matters relating to foreign or domestic issues. The representative will not however have a vote or an official voice within the alliance and are only there to advise.


Article 4

4.1 This pact may be cancelled after 5 days notice, which must be received and discussed privately and in a diplomatic manner.

4.2 This pact may be cancelled by any breach of Article 2.

4.3 This pact may be cancelled once NOAH and the NpO agree that NOAH no longer requires the protection offered by the NpO in Article 3.

A Mutual Defense Pact between the New Polar Order and the Carpe Diem


Article I: Friendship

The ratification of this treaty acknowledges, independent of any prior pact or political relationship, that a strong bond of friendship exists between the Carpe Diem and the New Polar Order. The signatories pledge to do their utmost to maintain amicable relations, and to avoid any and all conflict for the sake of said relations. Good relations entail, but are not limited to, a public show of solidarity in any given political situation.

Article II: Defense

Any act of aggression toward either party shall be considered an act of agression toward both parties. Any attacks purpotrated upon one, shall be considered an attack on the other, and a corresponding state of defensive war shall apply to both parties.

Article III: Intelligence

Should either party be privy to information that may affect the military or political situation of the other, they are obliged to inform the other party.

Article IV: Aggression

Such is the nature and the strength of the NpO-Carpe Diem relationship, that, should either party deem it necessary to perform an act of military agression on another alliance, the other party may, if it is consented to by both parties, participate in said act of aggression. Let it be emphasized that neither party is bound to acts of aggression, but is encouraged to participate.

Article V: Aid

It shall be accepted that either party may choose to send aid (in the form of currency, technology, and/or soldiers) to the other. It is encouraged for both parties to send aid in the other's time of need; however, there shall be no aid obligation.

Article VI: Cancellation

In the unfortunate event that this pact must be annulled or canceled, the initiating party must provide both three days notice before its cancellation, and a legitimate reason for its cancellation.

Protection Agency of Independent Nations - New Polar Order Protectorate


The undersigned representatives of The Protection Agency of Independent Nations (PAIN) and the New Polar Order (NpO) agree that in all circumstances, unless any conditions outlined in Article 4 come into effect, that PAIN and the NpO will abide by the following pact as outlined in the articles below.

Article 1

1.1 The NpO and PAIN will show respect and good will towards the member nations of each respective alliance.

3.1-A PAIN recognizes that the NpO will probably never require military and aid from PAIN, but in the event where it is needed, the NpO simply need only ask, and everything available shall be at NpO's disposal

3.2 The NpO will send a representative to PAIN to help advise PAIN on any matters relating to foreign or domestic issues. The representative will not however have a vote or an official voice within the alliance and are only there to advise.

Article 4

4.1 This pact may be canceled after 5 days notice, which must be received and discussed privately and in a diplomatic manner.

4.2 This pact may be canceled by any breach of Article 2.

4.3 This pact may be canceled once PAIN and the NpO agree that PAIN no longer requires the protection offered by the NpO in Article 3.

Friendship Pact

The undersigned representatives of the International Protection Agency (IPA) and the New Polar Order (NpO) agree that in all circumstances, unless certain conditions listed in Sections 2.2 and/or 4.1 come into effect, that the IPA and the NpO will enter into a Friendship Pact as outlined in the following.

Article 1

1.1 The IPA and the NpO will show respect and good will towards the member nations of each respective alliance.

1.2 This will prohibit flaming, and flame baiting on the CN forums but will not restrict healthy debate or productive disagreement.

1.3 Alliance leaders will be expected to alert the other organization party to this agreement should this article ever be infringed upon.

Article 2

2.1 The IPA and the NpO will not conduct espionage or aid in espionage against the opposite organization party to this agreement.

2.2 Alliance leaders and representatives will be expected to alert the organization opposite to this agreement should espionage on either party be detected.

2.3 Active espionage against either organization party to this agreement shall render it void.

Article 3

3.1 While not bound legally, should either alliance party to this agreement seek aid financially or in war, it should not come as a surprise to the world community if either alliance agrees to aid one another in such circumstances.

3.2 Neither side shall feel obligated to lend aid in any form in any circumstance.

3.3 Courteous discussion on the situation will take place should either party opt to not aid the other in war or financially.

Article 4

4.1 This pact may be canceled after 5 days notice, which must be received and discussed privately and in a diplomatic manner.

Such is the nature and the strength of the NpO-The Brigade relationship, that, should either party deem it necessary to perform an act of military aggression on another alliance, needs to only ask for assistance with a 48 hour notice. After this time the party being requested to help will do everything in their power to honor that request. Let it be military or financial assistance both parties will be there to help each other.


Article VI: Cancellation

In the unfortunate event that this pact must be annulled or canceled, the initiating party must provide both three days notice before its cancellation, and a legitimate reason for its cancellation.

BE IT KNOWN by these presents that THE ORDER OF THE BLACK ROSE, by and through Our Majesty Queen ATERATRA, The Black Rose, does hereby publish and announce this ROYAL WRIT touching the matter of Interalliance Relations, and that we by this publication intend to be bound and obligated.

 Accord the First (I): Preamble

It was the aim of our Order upon its founding to provide safe haven for our brethren in an atmosphere where their native chivalry, honor, and talents could thrive and be properly appreciated. This we have done, and our Knights now stand united for the Order's ideals as a  fellowship in Digiterra. Thus we now, in due appreciation of their achievements and to expand the sphere of their talents, embark upon establishing an atmosphere in which they and their companions in other honorable alliances may thrive.  

The Order Of The Black Rose holds honor, nobility, and civility paramount, believing in absolute adherence to the code of chivalry to which each of its members is strictly bound. Thus we declare that any member nation of The Order Of The Black Rose who dares to commence, commit, further,  aid, support, or abet, prolong, or orchestrate hostilities against any other nation without due provocation or who otherwise violates any term of this treaty shall be instantly subject to appropriately harsh and swift punishment, and that such punishment shall be delivered without delay, restraint, or reserve by the Knights of The Order Of The Black Rose through our massed military in our Armory and the assembled magisteria of our Inquisition.

 Now therefore, in the open spirit of friendship and chivalry, do we set forth these candid terms of our avowed ideals for assent by such Signatories as shall honorably agree to be bound thereby.

Accord the Second (II): Definitions[/color]

Order. By this term shall we designate The Order Of The Black Rose.

Order Nation, Order Nations. By this term shall we designate all nations who are members in good standing of the Order, as evidenced by the acceptance of their rulers into the Order's ranks.

Writ. By this term shall we designate this document as a whole and in part, reserving to it the full import of each severable term herein as well as the spirit and letter of the whole.

Signatory, Signatories. By these terms shall we designate all alliances  agreeing to be bound by this document. This term shall refer to the alliance as an inseverable and continuous body, and the obligation of a Signatory to abide by this Writ shall not perish with the replacement, removal, or other change in position of whichever noble official shall be the original signer hereby.

Hostility. By this term shall we designate any and all actual, attempted, or threatened attack, invasion, or endeavor to inflict harm upon a nation or its citizens, territories, or properties, including, but not limited to, military action, trade or economic sanctioning, harassment, hijacking, defamation, or conspiracy.

Assailant, Assailants.  By this term shall we designate any non-Order Nation that undertakes any form of Hostility, against any Order Nation.

Accord the Third (III): On Aggression[/color]

 It is the privilege and obligation of every alliance including the Order to protect, uphold, and defend the sovereign rights of its member nations to the full extent of its adopted charters and pronounced ideals, and it is a core and central tenet of the Order that each and every Order Nation is entitled to sovereignty, peace and prosperity. Therefore all Order Nations shall be exempt from any form of Hostility from any member nation of any Signatory, all member nations of all Signatories shall be equally exempt from all such Hostility from any Order Nation, and the punishment for breach of any such exemption, as well as for orchestrating or attempting to orchestrate such Hostility through third parties, non-Signatory alliances, or any other means, shall be exacted on the swift and certain terms delineated in Accord the First (I): Preamble above.

Accord the Fourth (IV): On Alignment[/color]

 It is the intent of the Order to, by this Writ, demonstrate its commitment to the independent ideals of honor and chivalry to which each Order Nation is required to swear fealty. Therefore, in keeping with Accord the Third (III): On Aggression above, all Order Nations and the Order itself shall be assumed neutral and unaligned in any conflict in which no Order Nation or the Order itself is involved, and such unalignment and neutrality shall not be considered compromised or altered in the absence of a definitive and official statement from the Order to that effect.

Accord the Fifth (V): On Defense and Hostility[/color]

 It is the right and responsibility of each Order Nation to, in keeping with the duties and privileges of sovereignty endemic to ruling power, defend and protect its citizens, properties, and territories against any and all Assailants and forms of Hostility, and to expect all other nations to do the same. Therefore, no form of resistance or reaction by any Order Nation to any act of Hostility or any action undertaken by the Order as part of a punishment described in Accord the First (I): Preamble above, including without reservations all forms of military response, deployment, attack, amassment, and maneuver, any cessation or restructuring of trades, or any form of economic sanction, shall be considered an act of Hostility or subject to the punishment therefore appurtenant, and any and all such Assailants shall be considered to have forfeited their rights to protection and neutral unalignment under this Writ.

Accord the Sixth (VI): On Aid[/color]

It is a key ideal of the Order to aid and assist the worthy and to exhibit to its friends and allies, among which it is honored to count all Signatories, a spirit of generosity and noblesse to those deserving of such honor. Therefore Order Nations are permitted and encouraged, in keeping with their innate right to sovereignty detailed in Accord the Fifth (V) above, to render assistance in any form, including but not limited to financial, military, technological, and advisory aid, to any nation not currently involved in any direct conflict with any Signatory member nation. No Order Nation shall in any case knowingly provide any direct aid or assistance to any nation involved in any such conflict, and no Signatory member nation shall knowingly provide any aid or assistance of any kind to any nation involved in any conflict with any Order Nation.

Accord the Seventh (VII): On Reparations[/color]

It is a core tenet of the Order that all sovereign rulers are accountable for their actions, and that the ideals of noble chivalry to which its members are pledged take their root in the sacrosanct concepts of fairness and justice. Therefore it shall be incumbent on any Signatory-member nation who violates any term of this Writ to, in addition to enduring the punishment described in Accord the First (I): Preamble above, make fair and timely reparations to the Order Nation thus affronted and to the Order itself, and on the Order itself and each involved Order Nation to render just and timely reparations to any Signatory-member nation against which it aggresses in violation of any term of this Writ. Such reparations shall be commensurate with the harm caused by the Hostilities necessitating them and, should the Assailant nation involved be unable to provide them in full, the responsibility of rendering them in a fair and timely manner shall fall inexorably to the Signatory or Order to which the Assailant nation belongs.

Accord the Eighth (VIII): On Enactment[/color]

 This Writ shall be considered in full force with regard to the Order and each given Signatory as of the date on which that Signatory executes it, and shall remain in effect until either the Order or the Signatory decides to revoke it with regard to one another. Such revocation shall be initially declared in writing by an empowered official from either the Order or the Signatory, and shall take effect and release both parties from their obligations to one another no fewer than seven (7) days after such written intent is communicated.

Accord the Ninth (IX): On Amendment[/color]

It is the avowed ideal of the Order to ensure ongoing fairness and justice in all its doings, and to adapt its commitments and relationships to an ever-increasing standard of nobility. Therefore this Writ shall be subject from time to time to amendments, which shall be executed separately and attached as codicils. No Signatory who assents to be bound by this Writ in its form as extant on the date of that Signatory's agreement thereto shall be bound by any subsequent amendments unless that Signatory chooses to assent separately to such amendments, and such assent shall be indicated by an additional signature to the codicil in question and shall take effect from the date of that additional signature onward, Once agreed to, the amendments shall be considered an incorporation of understanding and treated as an inseparable part of the Writ for purposes of enactment and revocation. However, in the event that any one or more of the provisions contained herein shall, for any reason, be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability shall not affect any other provisions of this Writ, which shall be construed as if such invalid, illegal or unenforceable provisions had never been contained herein unless the deletion of such provision or provisions would result in such a material change causing completion of the transactions contemplated herein to become unreasonable.

THUS, with all the powers accorded to us as Queen of The Order Of The Black Rose, do we agree, and thus do we here affix our sign and seal with full intent to bind ourselves, our Order, and all Order Nations by each and every term of this Writ.

Friendship Pact

The undersigned representatives of the Christian Coalition of Countries (CCC) and the New Polar Order (NpO) agree that in all circumstances, unless certain conditions listed in Sections 2.2 and/or 4.1 come into effect, that the Christian Coalition of Countries (CCC) and the NpO will enter into a Friendship Pact as outlined in the following.

Article 1

1.1 The Christian Coalition of Countries (CCC) and the NpO will show respect and good will towards the member nations of each respective alliance.

1.2 This will prohibit flaming, and flame baiting on the CN forums but will not restrict healthy debate or productive disagreement.

1.3 Alliance leaders will be expected to alert the other organization party to this agreement should this article ever be infringed upon.

Article 2

2.1 The Christian Coalition of Countries (CCC) and the NpO will not conduct espionage or aid in espionage against the opposite organization party to this agreement.

2.2 Alliance leaders and representatives will be expected to alert the organization opposite to this agreement should espionage on either party be detected.

2.3 Active espionage against either organization party to this agreement shall render it void.

Article 3

3.1 While not bound legally, should either alliance party to this agreement seek aid financially or in war, it should not come as a surprise to the world community if either alliance agrees to aid one another in such circumstances.

3.2 Neither side shall feel obligated to lend aid in any form in any circumstance.

3.3 Courteous discussion on the situation will take place should either party opt to not aid the other in war or financially.

Article 4

4.1 This pact may be canceled after 5 days notice, which must be received and discussed privately and in a diplomatic manner.

Second Patriotic War Treaty Cancellations / NpO - CON MDoAP

New Polar Order (NpO) and Confederation of Organized Nations (CON) Mutual Defense Pact.

 


Article I: Friendship

The ratification of this treaty acknowledges, independent of any prior pact or political relationship, that a strong bond of friendship exists between the Confederation of Organized Nations and the New Polar Order. The signatories pledge to do their utmost to maintain amicable relations, and to avoid any and all conflict for the sake of said relations. Good relations entail, but are not limited to, a public show of solidarity in any given political situation.

Article II: Defense

Any act of aggression toward either party shall be considered an act of aggression toward both parties. Any attacks perpetrated upon one, shall be considered an attack on the other, and a corresponding state of defensive war shall apply to both parties.

Article III: Intelligence

Should either party be privy to information that may affect the military or political situation of the other, they are obliged to inform the other party.

Article IV: Aggression

Such is the nature and the strength of the NpO-CON relationship, that, should either party deem it necessary to perform an act of military aggression on another alliance, the other party may, if it is consented to by both parties, participate in said act of aggression. Let it be emphasized that neither party is bound to acts of aggression, but is encouraged to participate.

Article V: Aid

It shall be accepted that either party may choose to send aid (in the form of currency, technology, and/or soldiers) to the other. It is encouraged for both parties to send aid in the other's time of need; however, there shall be no aid obligation.

Article VI: Cancellation

In the unfortunate event that this pact must be annulled or canceled, the initiating party must provide both three days notice before its cancellation, and a legitimate reason for its cancellation.
