The Frosting on the Cake
In the beginning...:
As sovereign alliances bound by common purpose and friendship, Genesis and the New Polar Order, along with their respective member nations, do hereby proclaim that they shall co-operate in times of war to ensure their mutual defense.
Article I:
Both alliances agree to be respectful to one another in public and private, and resolve any disputes through proper private diplomatic channels.
Article II:
Neither alliance shall take military action or engage in espionage against the other; similarly, no financial or military aid may be rendered by either alliance to any party committing hostile action against the other.
Article III:
In the circumstance of an attack upon either signatory the contracting parties agree to defend one another by all means available, including but not limited to Military and Financial Aid, Sanctions, and the Activation of Treaties.
Article IV:
In the event a signatory chooses to initiate an aggressive conflict, for whatever reason, signatories may assist in whatever form of action they deem necessary, including but not limited to Military and Financial Aid, Sanctions, and the Activation of Treaties. Such assistance is not automatically granted, and does not in any way affect the standing of the treaty.
Article V:
Any information gathered by one of the signatories with potential impact on the security of the other shall be promptly and privately forwarded to them.
Article VI:
Member nations are strongly encouraged to provide assistance, based upon need and the best potential for development, between both alliances. The governments of the signatory alliances are expected to promote this kind of cooperation and encourage their member nations to be involved in it.
Article VII:
If an alliance decides to cancel this agreement, it must give the other party seventy-two (72) hours notice in private prior to the official cancellation, during which all articles will be upheld.
Article VIII:
Should either party decide it is not in their interests to retain this treaty, be it during the cancellation period or at any other time; the signatories shall still be subject to the terms of the treaty for a period of fifteen (15) days after the official cancellation is announced. If a signatory alliance violates any term of this treaty, Article VII of this treaty will be deemed activated and the cancellation period commenced.

Protection Agency of Idependent Nations AND New Polar Order Announcement of a MDoAP
Preamble
Recognizing our strong friendship, and to ensure the safety of both alliances from external attacks, the New Polar Order (NpO) and the Protection Agency of Independent Nations (PAIN) agree to these terms of mutual defense and optional aggression.
Article I - Sovereignty
Both signatories recognize that this pact is not a merger of the two alliances, and that both alliances will retain their full and complete sovereignty. Neither signatory shall take any action that could potentially infringe on the sovereignty of the other.
Article II - Mutual Information
Both signatories recognize the importance of strong and constant communication both during war and in peace and will remain in contact through IRC, on forums, and/or through another means of communication. If either signatory receives information detailing a threat towards the other (direct aggression, threat of war, espionage, etc), they are obliged to inform them immediately.
Article III - Mutual Defense and Optional Agression
Any direct attack on either signatory should be seen as an attack on both, and thus initiating the mobilization of both signatories' armed forces (this includes espionage and rogue attacks). Both signatories are obliged to provide military and financial aid to the other if requested.
The respective parties are not obliged to offer assistance should either signatory alliance become involved in a conflict via other treaties with other alliances or blocs. Either signatory alliance may offer assistance in such an event but any assistance would be voluntary.
While diplomacy is always advised foremost, the respective parties are not prohibited from attacking the others treatied partners if situation warranted respective parties in doing so.
If one signatory engages in an offensive war, the other signatory is strongly recommended but not obligated to assist them. This clause may not be used as grounds for cancellation of the treaty.
Article IV - Mutual Respect
Neither signatory will take actions that could potentially damage the other. Neither will provide aid or sanctuary to any enemy of the other signatory despite their relationship with that enemy. Neither will engage in attacks, either through military or espionage, against the other and will work to resolve any disputes that may from time to time emerge between their respective members.
Article V - Cancellation
If either signatory wishes to terminate these accords, they must provide the other with at least 48 hours notice, at which time both signatories will enter into discussions to determine if reasons for termination can be resolved. If they cannot, the termination of the accords will proceed 48 hours from the date of announcement.

British Winter Accords
In recognizing the bonds of friendship between the New Polar Order (NpO) and Overclockers UK (OcUK), and with the goal of mutual prosperity and respect, we the undersigned hereby agree to the following Mutual Aggression and Defence Pact, completely and without reservation.
Article I Sovereignty
This treaty will not infringe on either NpO's or OcUK's sovereignty. Each signatory maintains the right to conduct their own affairs independently and in accordance to their own charter and laws and the following articles of this treaty.
Article II Non Aggression
The signatories will not conduct any hostile actions towards the other, neither covert nor overt, in action or spirit. Individual, non-sanctioned breaches of this article will be dealt with in private between qualified leadership of the signatories. Organized and sanctioned beaches of this article will render this treaty null and void.
Article III Intelligence
The signatories vow to maintain open dialogue channels regarding all issues that involve the other member. Each signatory has the right to any and all intelligence that would in any way infringe on their sovereignty and security. Further to that, each member is obligated to protect the other signatory from covert actions against them, should they be in a position to do so.
Article IV Defensive War
In the event that either signatory comes under attack by a 3rd party, the opposite member is required to aid the attacked party in any way that the attacked deems necessary. This includes military, financial, and/or moral support. Should a signatory decline to provide the requested aid contrary to this article, this will render the treaty null and void.
Article V Aggressive War
In the event that a signatory finds it necessary to conduct organized offensive manoeuvres, the opposite signatory is obligated to assist through any financial or military means requested. The attacking member agrees to provide the partner with 72 hours to provide the requested aid. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of this treaty and thereby cancels it.
Article VI Cancellation
Should either signatory wish to cancel this agreement, they will notify the opposite member privately, at which point in time the treaty will remain active for 5 days before being fully terminated.

Friendship Pact
The undersigned representatives of Scotland Forever and the New Polar Order (NpO) agree that in all circumstances, unless certain conditions listed in Sections 2.2 and/or 4.1 come into effect, that Scotland Forever and the NpO will enter into a Friendship Pact as outlined in the following.
Article 1
1.1 Scotland Forever and the NpO will show respect and good will towards the member nations of each respective alliance.
1.2 This will prohibit flaming, and flame baiting on the CN forums but will not restrict healthy debate or productive disagreement.
1.3 Alliance leaders will be expected to alert the other organization party to this agreement should this article ever be infringed upon.
Article 2
2.1 Scotland Forever and the NpO will not conduct espionage or aid in espionage against the opposite organization party to this agreement.
2.2 Alliance leaders and representatives will be expected to alert the organization opposite to this agreement should espionage on either party be detected.
2.3 Active espionage against either organization party to this agreement shall render it void.
Article 3
3.1 While not bound legally, should either alliance party to this agreement seek aid financially or in war, it should not come as a surprise to the world community if either alliance agrees to aid one another in such circumstances.
3.2 Neither side shall feel obligated to lend aid in any form in any circumstance.
3.3 Courteous discussion on the situation will take place should either party opt to not aid the other in war or financially.
Article 4
4.1 This pact may be canceled after 5 days notice, which must be received and discussed privately and in a diplomatic manner.
