If so, please provide the Nation and Ruler names: My nation is 5 years old, and the previous ones were far too insignificant to remember either the nation name or the ruler one.

I'm not in charge of admissions, but it would seem that you did not answer all of the questions the application asks in the OP either.

In the interest of full disclosure, kajkajete launched nuclear and other attacks on me after he knew about this means of potentially ending the war. Two minutes after he finished his attacks, he sent the following message:

Two minutes after finishing the last ground attack. Just ten minutes or so after launching his nuclear attack. He apparently knew about some deal well before he ever caused those attacks.

So whomever decides on this application, please keep in mind that this person fully intended to apply and surrender, but before announcing he was doing so, decided to unnecessarily engage in attacks (changing my defcon lvl to 5 which harms me with other possible counters or attacks) as well as a nuclear attack, before doing so, and now he wishes to surrender and not face a response. Just saying. In my opinion, which is not controlling nor official, this was not NpO worthy conduct from this applicant. I'll go with leadership's decision, but I won't be thrilled necessarily.
